AMSA’s Undergraduate Mentor-Mentee program connects underclassmen just beginning their journey with upperclassmen that have already experienced cold emailing labs, shadowing doctors, course selection, applying for volunteering, and more! The upperclassman mentors are there to answer any questions and navigate any hurdles that may come up.

We understand that sometimes mentor/mentee pairings don’t go as planned — whether due to scheduling conflicts, communication issues, or just a mismatch in goals or expectations.
